At the moment I am working for the Northern Hotel Group as a Bar Manager at one of their restaurants. I am responsible for managing a team of approximately ten staff and am in charge of employee recruitment, training, HR administration, staff rotas and holiday planning. My daily duties include; serving customers, placing bar orders, controlling stock rotation and ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
