Dear Ms Graham,

I would like to put my name forward for your Cabin Crew vacancy which was recently advertised on the Dayjob.com website. I consider myself a suitable candidate who will always do the very best to provide passengers with a personal service that meets their individual needs.

The passenger will always be at the heart of everything that I do.

My passion for flying is in equal measure matched by my experience of travelling, and I am very confident that I can maintain, improve and exceed your expectations. On a personal level I have a polite manner, embrace other cultures and am medically fit enough to meet the strictest air crew requirements.

Right now I’m employed as a Flight Attendant by Johnsons Airlines. I have been strongly tipped by my immediate managers as ‘someone to watch’ in the future.

Possessing a track record in customer engagement, I can comfortably and promptly deal with any customer enquiries or complaints. As a natural problem solver I am able to determine quick-fixes to put immediate issues right. Besides this I have extensive experience of routine Cabin Crew duties such as; tidying up galleries, helping people to fill in customs/immigration documents, making inflight announcements and serving inflight meals.

As to why I would like to join your company, well its because you offer a competitive salary and have a reputation for providing your staff with a fun and relaxed work environment. It’s for these reasons that I really look forward to discussing my candidacy with you in the near future. Please feel free to contact me anytime regarding an interview.

Yours sincerely,
