I was very excited to see your recent advert on the Dayjob.com website for a Chef. This is exactly the sort of position that I have been looking for.
I am passionate about food, keen to be involved in everything that goes on in a kitchen and dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. I will bring to your kitchen; fresh cooking ideas, new perspectives and a diversity of experiences. In the past I have worked shifts in high volume restaurants similar to yours, where I have been involved in cooking breakfast, lunch and dinners.
At the moment I am working for a successful independent restaurant that has been established for over 20 years. My day to day responsibilities include stock management, running the kitchen and finding quality local suppliers of seasonal produce.
