I fully understand how a pupils’ learning is affected by their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Because of this I use a variety of teaching and learning styles to keep all my pupils engaged all of the time. Everything that I do in a classroom is geared towards establishing constructive relationships with pupils so that I can interact with them according to their individual needs.

Apart from my above teaching skills I am someone who can be relied upon to contribute to the development of guidelines, policies and initiatives for the benefit of any school that I work for.

During my long career I have worked in many different schools that have had their own unique way of teaching. Through my experiences I have learnt how to instruct students for the purpose of improving their success in academics through a defined course of study.

Since January 2012 I have been employed by The Northern School in a role very similar to the one you are trying to fill. At work I collaborate with other teachers, professional staff, and school administrators in addressing instructional issues and preparing study materials.

Right now I would like to join a school like yours that is committed to creating a welcoming and rewarding workplace for teachers and students alike.
