At the moment I work for Easter Processors as an Office Junior. My primary role is to maintain the physical condition of the office and carry out a range of clerical requests at the behest of senior managers and company executives. Through my work I have learnt how to do all of the following key duties that your role requires of a candidate;

  • Keep the office well stocked with stationery and office supplies.
  • Screen telephone calls and only put relevant one thorough to the end recipient.
  • Manage the office diary in an efficient manner so that no one misses any key events.

With my current employer I am responsible for coordinating regular office safety checks, fielding telephone calls, directing visitors and creating spreadsheets. I work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and see my role as being crucial to the company’s operations.

Aside from my administrative competencies I have the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, and am someone who is willing to take on heavy workloads.
