My passion for social care is in equally measure matched by my experience in it, and I am very confident that I can deliver first-class care support to your service users. As a true all-rounder I have no difficulty in going the extra mile to maintain up to date case records in line with national and local policies. Possessing a track record in personal care and practical support, I am comfortably able to work with people who have complex needs. Besides this I have experience in behavioural management and possess the communication skills needed to liaise with external agencies as well as the families and friends of those I provide support to.
With my present employer, Adams Hospital, I have a reputation for upholding the privacy of each service user, accurately documenting interventions in patients’ medical records and working efficiently as part of a busy team. I am particularly involved in helping people with long term problems to work, and those recovering from an illness or dealing with mental health issues. I regularly put together care plans that include clear statements of agreed aims and am also involved in offering my professional support to local authorities, foster carers and regional hospitals.
At the moment my ambition is to join a company like yours that has a reputation for helping people who feel that they can’t cope.
