I have a strong interest in applying for your current Administrative Clerk vacancy, as I firmly believe that I am the best candidate for it.

I am currently looking for a long lasting career with a company like yours that will provide me with as much or as little help as I need, when I need it.

Possessing a total of two year’s work experience in this field means that I am confident in my ability to get the job done and do it well. I can be relied upon to do the heavy lifting for you and ensure the effective and efficient office operations of your company. A combination of my unique administrative skills and personal drive have to date been the backbone of my successful career.

In the past I have worked at senior levels in roles that have required great attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. With my present employer I am primarily responsible for carrying out routine secretarial duties, welcoming visitors to the office, directing calls and logging information onto internal systems.  

As a true professional I can remain focused in an environment of constant interruptions and activity. Being self-motivated and having a can do attitude means that I don’t wait to be asked to do things. Furthermore, through my work I have gained extensive experience of using Microsoft Office Platforms such as Excel and Access.
