Duties;

  • Chairing design meetings involving groups of over 20 people.

  • Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants regarding design projects.
  • Negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Managing a detailed design and procurement programme.

  • Ensuring that designs adhere to current legislation, standards and codes of practice. 
  • Leading large teams with different goals in a way that gets them to work together to produce a coordinated and coherent design.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
