I possess exceptional time and people-management skills, and am able to plan and keep track of multiple projects while constantly scanning the horizon for opportunities and threats. I have an innovative approach to the way facilities can be used more effectively and am someone who continuously strives to make improvements where appropriate.
In my current role, I am in charge of supervising tradespeople and semi skilled employees to ensure all assigned work conforms to quality, time and productivity. I provide direction and leadership to the departmental team to achieve the highest safety standards. At work, I champion good working practices, and am prepared to challenge my colleagues to do the same.
Aside from my technical competencies I consider myself a responsible individual who has the maturity and intellect needed to recognise significant problems and issues.
