As an experienced Helpdesk Advisor who has a track record of providing 1st/2nd line support to users, I feel I would be a perfect candidate for your Helpdesk vacancy. Since I left University two years ago I have been working for Northern Marketing in a role that is very similar to the one you are trying to fill. Being a key member of the helpdesk team I provide technical support and advice to users, and ensure a high quality service is given to customers. I am fully willing to take ownership of incidents and can be relied upon to communicate with end users until every incident has been fully resolved. My key skills include, but are not limited to;
- Recognising when a call is not readily resolvable.
- Using call logging systems.
- Thinking around issues and looking at the wider picture in order to come up with solutions.
