At the moment I work for Northern Contractors as an IT Technician. My primary role is to monitor, tune, and maintain a range of computer and network components and systems. Through my work I have learnt how to do all of the following key duties that your role requires of a candidate;

  • Resolve problems with system connectivity, reliability, performance, and security issues.
  • Use the latest technology, resources and software to get a job done.
  • Prepare concise and well written reports, documents and memos.
