Your recent advert on the Dayjob.com website for a Medical Assistant caught my eye as I am looking for just such a role.
With my practical experience of establishing working relationships with patients and ability to stay calm, but react quickly in an emergency, I feel I would make an ideal candidate for your vacancy.
Possessing well developed skills in the safe delivery of care means that I can work in a variety of settings such as hospitals, healthcare clinics and nursing homes. Other than this, I can maintain patient files, train new employees, store medical supplies and write up, type and then send out medical correspondence.
I am an expert at ensuring that medical clinics and their resources are utilised to full capacity.
For the last three years I have been employed at the Central Healthcare Trust as a Medical Assistant. My duties there include routine tasks such as; keeping the medical examination room clean and measuring a patients weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and temperature. My immediate superior is very pleased with my quality of work, and is willing to give me an excellent personal reference.
On a personal level I have superb body motion, excellent finger dexterity and outstanding hand to eye coordination. As a fast learner I can quickly adapt to a variety of situations and have no problem working in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.
