As someone who is passionate about guest service, and who has outstanding interpersonal skills along with an energetic approach and the desire to impress, I feel I would make an ideal candidate for your vacancy. I am a polished, articulate, approachable, proactive, organised and efficient individual who is able to contribute to the smooth running of a busy office by providing a professional receptionist service.
With my present employer I work shifts across seven days of the week and carry out a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties. I am responsible for ensuring that the reception area always looks its best for visitors and for being the central information point for visitors. I regularly organise meetings, sort incoming post, screen phone calls and introduce visitors to relevant staff. I pride myself on my ability to pass on knowledge to others and drive continuous service improvement.
