Web design degree course overview

Although this is a deeply technical subject there is a lot of emphasis placed on not only understanding the requirements of clients and end users, but of also working closely with them. However the core objective of this course is to develop your knowledge, technical skills and expertise in those areas that are at the centre of web design, and which are affected by rapidly changing information, databases and web technologies. Students will learn how to use the latest tools and techniques to create websites including integrating sound and moving image content and have hands-on experience of creating web applications and putting them in place.
