I have the ability to develop people quickly, and inspire them to be passionate about customer satisfaction. I set the highest standards in everything that I do and will have no trouble planning and leading the activities of stores within an assigned area of operation.

Added to this is my ability to only hire the best people, directly oversees the daily activities of employees and manage a multi-site portfolio.
Since June 2013 I have been employed as an Assistant District Manager by Northern Stores. I am primarily responsible for meeting with Area Store Managers to discuss day-to-day operations as well as upcoming store events, promotions and training. My other duties include training up junior members of staff and personally interacting with Customers on a regular basis both over the phone and in person.
At this moment in time I am keen move on to the next level of operations leadership, and would very much like to join a company like yours that believes in developing its staff by making them better at what they do.
