Payroll Manager required to join a dynamic organisation ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time. Working in collaboration with the IT Manager to develop and improve Finance, HR and Payroll. Knowledge of either Unit4 Agresso or Business World or Midland iTrent would be highly advantageous.
Experience of running large payrolls across a changing and complex business. Confident working with senior staff and helping in developing performance improvement and strategy.
Ideally CIPP qualified and experience of managing teams within a payroll setting. In addition knowledge around pension schemes, other statutory deductions, auto enrolment and salary sacrifice arrangements would be desirable.
