  • Making sure students get the funding they are entitled to and that it is paid on time.
  • Assisting students in planning an academic program consistent with their abilities and interests.

  • Communicating with students on a regular basis to track their success and progress.
  • Answering enquiries from students both face to face and over the phone.
  • Working evening and weekends at student events.
