I take great pride in a job well done, and as a true professional am able to carry out inspections, service routines, repairs and the testing of vehicles in a competent and safe manner. Everything I do is in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
With my present employer I contribute to customer retention and satisfaction through the provision of excellent customer service and clear and concise information.
Although my key strengths lie in the fields of fault diagnosis, I also have extensive experience of vehicle maintenance, general servicing and crash repair work. Aside from my technical competencies I am able to instantly build and maintain rapport with a wide range of people. I would also like to add that I possess my own tool set and have a knack for grasping new software applications easily and quickly.
I must also mention my positive attitude, which means that I am never beaten by challenging situations and am someone who can easily deal with problems and complex issues as they arise.
At the moment I work for Northern Garages where apart from my typical mechanical duties I am also involved in providing customers with a out of hours recovery service.
