I also oversee training the bar staff in how to prepare the full food menu, as well as drinks and coffees to a consistently high standard.
Through my career I have gained extensive experience of dealing with difficult, unruly, abusive and potentially violent customers in a tactful manner. I have learnt how to keep a conversation going with people I have just met and remember the names of regular patrons.
On a personal level I am a self-motivated individual who had the ability to work in pressurised environment. Furthermore, I am someone who is not afraid to roll my sleeves up and help out when the going gets tough and busy.
