Dear Ms Graham,
Your recent advert on the Dayjob.com website for a Cabin Crew member caught my eye as it appeared to be a perfect match for my experience, skills and future potential.
With my ability to work accurately across a range of activities in time pressured environments, I feel I would make an ideal candidate for your vacancy.
During my career I have worked for most of the major airlines and since July 2012 I have been employed by Southern Airlines as a member of their Cabin Crew. My duties include welcoming passengers on board the flight, demonstrating emergency evacuation procedures, ensuring hand luggage is stowed away safely and making sure that all passengers are wearing their seat belts.
Possessing well developed skills in the tourism and travel industry means that I can have an immediate and positive impact on the future success of your business. In addition to this I have superb interpersonal skills that allow me to communicate complex issues effectively with a wide range of audiences. I also want to point out my naturally calm and reassuring manner that helps me to stay in control and not panic in stressful situations.
Right now I am looking for a position that holds a lot of responsibility and would like to work for a company that can offer me many future career opportunities.
Thank you for taking the time to review my application. I hope you do not mind if I take the liberty of calling you in a few days time to arrange an interview at a time that is mutually convenient to both of us.
