Dear Ms Graham,

It is with great anticipation that I present my application to you for the Practice Manager vacancy that you advertised on the dayjob.com website yesterday.

I pride myself on being a moral, ethical and efficient Practice Manager who believes that a happy practice makes happy patients.

I am self motivated, friendly and enjoy working in an office environment as well as a front line position. I can represent your Practice in a professional manner at all times, and promote it as a centre of excellence. I will ensure that it remains financially sustainable and is able to meet the needs of all those that it serves. My core competencies include, but are not limited to getting the practice compliant with regulation and providing support, guidance and time-saving resources that will help drive practice efficiencies.

In my current role I am responsible for the smooth running of a centre that has a team of ten GPs and other clinical staff, along with over 15,0000 registered patients. It is a challenging position where I have to work in close collaboration with physicians and other colleagues to ensure that everyone is fully looked after and no one gets left behind.

Aside from my managerial competencies I consider myself a highly skilled communicator who has the ability to form and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.

Right now I am keen to join an organisation like yours where you can work your way up without having been at the company long. I have attached my most current CV with this letter for your kind consideration. If after reading it you feel that I may be of interest to you, then please feel free to contact me to arrange an interview.

Yours sincerely,
