I have a natural desire to work with new technology and use the latest cutting-edge design tools and advanced engineering processes.
Since May 2013 I have been employed by Northern Electronics as a Design Engineer, where apart from being involved in the preparation of design concepts, models and detailed drawings, I am also tasked with supporting other company staff with my technical expertise. Aside from this, I am responsible for managing my own projects from initial brief to completion and can be relied upon to ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in everything that I do.
As a true professional I have the ability to plan, control, and take responsibility for my own work. In addition to this I possess the communication skills needed to be able to clearly explain complex design concepts to non-technical people.
On a personal level I not only have a passion to succeed and generate results, but also have the ability to work with a low level of supervision and intervention.
At the moment I am looking to take the next step in my career and progress into a role that gives me more responsibility and autonomy to run my own projects.
