Dear Ms Graham,
From reading the job advert on the Dayjob.com website I understand that you are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Designer to become part of your winning team. I feel I have what it takes to meet your needs and would like to put myself forward for your position.
I am a talented Interior Designer who strives to design spaces that are meaningful and memorable. I understand that good designs shape people’s lives, influences their behaviour and must always have a purpose. Because of this everything that I do has the individual, community and environment in mind.
As you can also see from my attached CV I have experience of not only taking direction on projects but can also take charge and lead projects. In addition to this I have superb communication skills that allow me to effectively interact with a team that consists of architects, engineers and other design professionals.
In my current role as an Interior Designer at Northern Builders, I am mostly responsible for space planning and finish, furniture and lighting selection. With my present employer I have been involved in design work from concept right through to implementation. Aside from this I am also involved in communicating with key clients to establish estimated budgets for design plans.
I have an inbuilt resilience that helps me to sustain optimism and drive in the face of adversity.
I have excellent references and would be delighted to discuss your vacancy with you at a time and place of your convenience. My aim right now is to arrange an interview with you at your convenience, where we will be able to discuss my application in more detail.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review my application.
