If you are a Free or Premium User (you pay a subscription) of Dayjob.com you are bound to the license terms described here.
Dayjob.com shall retain and own all the intellectual property rights and copyrights to the templates on its website.
The Dayjob.com license allows a User to use its templates solely for their personal and non-commercial use. A User cannot use the Free or Premium License Templates for any Agency, Client, Third Party or Freelance Work.
The license granted to a specific User under this Agreement shall not be assigned to another person or entity.
LICENSE
Dayjob.com authorizes the User in a non-transferable, limited and non-exclusive manner to download and use its content under the terms of this license.
The User agrees to indemnify Dayjob.com from any claims of loss or damage arising out of the unauthorized use of the templates.
Except as expressly authorized under these Terms, the reproduction, extraction, reuse or distribution of these templates is strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden for a User to authorize any third parties to use the Dayjob.com content.
The User in a non-transferable, limited, non-exclusive manner may use the Dayjob.com Content provided that it:
Does not make any use of the Dayjob.com content in a way which might be considered defamatory, libellous, obscene, immoral or illegal.
Is not sold, rented or sublicensed out, including any modified versions.
Is not used in a manner that brings Dayjob.com into disrepute.
Incorporate the templates with a trademark or service mark.
Remove any copyright notice which is embedded in any templates.
Any unauthorized use in whole or in part, of the templates may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dayjob.com will accept no responsibility or liability for the template’s contents.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the templates on Dayjob.com are correct, no warranty, express or implied is given about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of its templates, material, services, software, text, graphics and links. We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions.
The use of the templates is at the Users own risk.
In no event shall Dayjob.com be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use the templates, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Dayjob.com will also not be responsible for any claims of loss or damage arising out of the unauthorized use of the templates.
FREE LICENSE TEMPLATES
Only those templates labelled as FREE are available for the free license download.
PREMIER LICENSE TEMPLATES
Only those templates labelled as PREMIER are available for the Premier license download.
TERMINATION
Dayjob.com has the right to terminate the Users rights under this Agreement without notice in the event that the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Additionally, Dayjob.com reserves the right to revoke the license afforded to a User for a just cause. Upon the termination of the Users license, the User must immediately stop using the templates and material.
