Dear Ms Graham,
From reading the job advert on the Dayjob.com website, I believe that you are looking for an experienced, capable and talented Manager like me who can ensure that deadlines and milestones are met.
I have superb organisational ability and a pragmatic approach to defining problems, resolving conflict, and developing practical solutions. I am an excellent people manager who can manage campaigns end-to-end, promote best practise, control budgets, carry out staff appraisals and guide individual members of staff so they reach their full potential. Furthermore, I am an expert at making sure that regular and meaningful communication takes place at the right time by using the right channels to the right employees.
My current role, with Northern Electric, has a wide remit, but the overall focus requires me to work collaboratively with other managers to reduce costs and maximise productivity. I am involved in a variety number of high profile multi-disciplinary projects where I gather information on a range of topics and monitor KPI’s and other reporting metrics.
On a personal level I always stand firm when required to and have no problem challenging decisions and current ways of working. I possess a keenness to drive through organisational change, training and development when I know it will lead to operational improvement.
Right now I am looking for an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and progressive organisation, like yours, that really cares about its people. If what you have read so far sounds of interest to you, then please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange an interview at your convenience.
I thank you for your time, and expectantly wait to hear a positive response from you.
