I have the ability to maximize the productivity of frontline nurses and medical resources. I can create an environment that fosters nursing excellence and promotes engaged medical staff. I am able to use my superb leadership and staff management skills to ensure that optimum nursing care is provided, staffing is maintained, and costs contained.

In addition to this I can simultaneously manage multiple complex tasks that require a great deal of attention and focus.

At my current place of work I am mainly in charge of coordinating administrative and clinical activities, both inter and intra-departmentally. Aside from this I am also tasked with handling phone calls from patients regarding medical problems and laboratory results.
