I have extensive experience of carrying out all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. In addition to this I have a resilient personality that helps me to work in a pressurised and deadline driven environment. I can type a minimum of 50 wpm, have basic book keeping skills and am proficient in all Microsoft applications. Furthermore, I have a good telephone manner, am computer literate and possess a positive attitude towards getting things done.

For the last two years I have been employed by Mathews Logistics as an Office Assistant. At work I provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to senior managers in a confidential and responsible manner. My duties include greeting visitors to the office, answer incoming phone calls, handling the post, write letters and maintaining administrative files. I go out of my way to get involved in office affairs and actively contribute to team discussions.
