Whilst browsing the job adverts on the website, I came across your vacancy for a Office Junior. As someone who is willing to go the extra mile to support a team with any administrative duties, I feel I would make an excellent candidate for your position.

For the last two years I have been working for Northern Distribution, where I deal with day to day administration tasks such as ordering stationary, data entry, scanning paperwork, archiving records, opening the post, answering calls and entering purchase invoices onto sage.

I have a good telephone manner, accurate keyboard skills and am fully computer literate. I not only have experience of working within a fast paced office environment, but also of providing a reception service that includes answering phones and forwarding messages etc.

At the moment I want to work for a company like yours where I can grow my knowledge, improve my skills and build a long term career. The attached resume will give you a more complete overview of my accomplishments, however what it may not show is my ‘can do’ approach and ability to consistently work to a high standard.
