Maxine can make a difference to patients that need it the most by helping them to see the world better. She has extensive experience of working with Optometrists to assist patients prior to tests by making appointments, checking details and carrying out pre-examination tests. What really makes her stand out is her ability to get clients to pick glasses frames and discuss lens options. As a true professional she can tailor her communication to her patient to provide the best possible support and care for those with additional needs. In her current role she makes sure every customer has a great experience when they come into her store. She is very good at making patients feel welcome and valued in the practice. Right now, she is looking to join a company that is committed to investing in its infrastructure and staff to drive the business forward at pace.
