This view drives her to be as accurate as possible when carrying out her duties. In her current role she spends most of her time at a packing machine or conveyor line, working in 20-40 degree temperatures, and occasionally in a -10 degree freezer. During her work she inspects containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
