Essentially meaning that if you contact us within 14 days of making a purchase with your request, then at our discretion you will get a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner and currency used to make the purchase.

Refund requests can only be made for a current billing period and not for any previous periods, subscriptions or plans. You should also note that any licenses you may have downloaded during the period that you are seeking a reimbursement for, will no longer be valid once a refund has been you issued to you.
