I have the ability to engage customers and consumers and get them excited about any products or brands that I am selling. As my attached CV and references will indicate I possess the retail management experience, leadership, and interpersonal skills needed to inspire exceptional performance. Based on your description of the ideal candidate, I can offer you my ability to;

For the last three years I have worked for Western Retail Distributors. On a typical day with them I will direct work, appraise staff performance, reward or discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems.
