After reading the job description, and seeing the duties and responsibilities required from candidates, I think I’ve got what it takes to not only meet your needs, but also make a real difference to your operations. I firmly believe that my competencies will allow me to transform people’s lives for the better.
As a proven professional, I possess all of those key skills that make a good Social Worker. Chief amongst these is my ability to provide community based social services to identified vulnerable groups, individuals and families. With a passions for healthcare, I will have no problem supporting people in crisis, carrying out investigations and writing up review notes. I addition to this I have extensive knowledge of social work theories, practices and procedures and a successful track record of managing the involvement of other professionals.
With my present employer, where I have been working for the last two years, I am particularly focused on promoting social inclusion. This means helping people who are disadvantaged or on the fringes of society, and making them feel valued and respected. I have a successful track record of encouraging them to take advantage of opportunities and become more involved in society.
On a personal level, I am someone who will always be there to support my fellow work colleagues and can be relied upon to go the extra mile to get things done.
Right now I am looking to join an established and successful organisation like yours that gives its social workers excellent training, support and development opportunities.
