At the moment I am in a fairly similar position, to the one you are advertising, with a company called Central Couriers. I directly support the Managing Director and on a typical day answer the phones, man the office reception, file paperwork, manage the stationary, organise couriers and deposit cheques at the bank.

I have learnt all of the skills needed to be successful in this role, and am confident that I will be able to exceed your specific requirements. I feel what really sets me apart from all the other candidates is my proven ability to provide a responsive and highly supportive administrative service in a fast paced office based environment. In addition to this, I have excellent IT skills and am a proficient user of Microsoft Office packaged like Word & Excel.

Having attained most of my career goals, I now want to work for an established and expanding business like yours where hard work is rewarded.
