I have learned from several work colleagues that your company is looking to recruit Call Center staff. In line with this, I would like to present my application for the said post.
I am a high achiever who thrives in roles where I feel I can make a real difference.
Since July 2012 I have been employed by Northern Marketing as a Call Center Operative. My daily duties include making calls to pre-qualified potential customers, identifying their needs and then trying to match their requirements. I am an expert at explaining the benefits of my company’s products, and am usually put right on the front line where I get to talk directly to customers. I am also responsible for taking inbound calls, opening and recording client account details, and advising customers on delivery information.
I am what you would call a true all-rounder who has an extensive background in customer service. My key strengths lie in my ability to answer product related questions and make recommendations on other services and products. On a personal level I am a confident individual who has impeccable communications skills and the ability to inspire those around me.
