Dear Ms Graham,
Yesterday I saw your advert for Call Center staff on the Dayjob.com website. I was very excited by what I read, and am eagerly applying for the position as I feel I have a realistic chance of getting it.
My confidence stems from my long and successful track record of previously working in busy target driven Call Centers. Every day I go to work ready to achieve the impossible, and I would like you to know that there is nothing I cannot or will not do to ensure that your business is a success.
I am a clear communicator who has a good command of the English language. When talking to people over the phone I only ask questions as appropriate, and never interrupt at inappropriate times. I am a flexible individual who is able to adapt positively to any changes and challenges that arise.
For the last two years I have been employed by Southern Marketing, where I use my confident telephone manner to talk to potential customers, empathise with them, take their details and process orders.
I am willing to consider any temporary, permanent, part time and full time positions that you have and have no problem working evenings or weekends. I would also like to say that I am keen to join your company because it has a reputation for only employing capable people, who are recognised for their knowledge and expertise.
If this brief account of my competencies intrigues you enough to invite me for an interview, then please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review my application.
