I have a track record of ensuring that customer objectives are not just being met, but consistently exceeded.
At the moment I am employed by Central Marketing (a leading telemarketing company) as a Customer Service Agent. My duties include contacting potential customers through a dialler system and offering them a variety of products and services. I take customers through a series of questions to establish their needs and then do everything within my power to match their requirements.
I have a confident telephone manner, along with the ability to keep a conversation going and am someone who can naturally develop empathy with customers. My other key skills include being able to quickly process customer orders, upsell extra services, and accurately enter information into databases. I have experience of fundraising for Charity’s, selling financial services and carrying out over the phone surveys.
