Dear Ms Graham,
Yesterday I saw an advertisement on the Dayjob.com website for a Call Center Manager, and am writing to express my keen interest in the position.
I come from a strong operational management background within a contact centre environment. I have the drive needed to ensure that any department and people I manage succeed in everything that they do. I am an extremely personable individual with a strong appetite for developing in this role, who can demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Broad experience within the full operation of a call centre.
- Maintaining the highest levels of employee engagement, loyalty, and client-centricity.
- Creating a highly motivated and positive working environment.
Apart from the above competencies, I also have good listening and questioning skills and a knack for quickly getting to the root cause of issues. On a personal level I have great relationship building, influencing and motivational skills.
In my current role, where I have been employed for the last three years, I manage a variety of inbound and outbound customer service and sales campaigns. I ensure that my teams strictly follow set standard operating procedures, and report figures to the line manager on a daily basis.
At this point in my career I want to work for a company like yours, where I will have an opportunity to maximise the skills I already have and continuously learn new ones.
After reviewing my attached resume, please feel free to contact me to arrange an interview or if you require any further information from me. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my application.
