As someone who can troubleshoot through root cause problem solving and who is able to serve as a direct link between company directors and production staff, I feel I would be a perfect candidate for your current opening.
For the last two years I have been working as a Production Assistant for Easter Manufacturers, where I spend most of my time providing close supervision and work direction to production staff. I conduct my duties by collaborating with cross functional groups in the planning and scheduling of any work to be done. Here is a more detailed list of my duties; interpreting order specifications, establishing goals for the team and reporting to senior managers on all production metrics and key performance indicators.
