With my current employer I am primarily responsible for analysing detailed financial statements from clients to determine their capacity to pay back what they may owe. Every day I work with people to help resolve their bad debt and negotiate a payment plan for them. I am right at the frontline of taking incoming calls from customers who want to resolve their debt issues.
