I am someone who not only thrives on the front line, but also has excellent troubleshooting, information gathering and problem solving skills. I possess excellent Customer Service skills along with the ability to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via the phone or electronically. As an experienced Helpdesk advisor who is currently employed by Johnsons IT, I am more than able to be the first point of contact for all of your user inquiries and problems.
