My years of employment in the HR sector have equipped me with precisely those skills that you are looking for in a candidate. Key amongst these is my extensive knowledge of HR procedures, employment legislation, job evaluation procedures, performance management and people management.
For the last two years I have been employed by Central Birmingham Council as a HR Manager, and during my time with them have become familiar with all the duties involved in this role. In my work I am intimately involved in all operational and strategic HR decisions that the company makes.
