Responsible for being in charge of day to day tasks such as route planning, resource allocation, vehicle management and driver supervision.

Duties;

  • Overseeing and coordinating all transportation operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Working with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Utilizing transportation management software efficiently during the course of the day.
  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs to track depot performance and identify areas for improvement.
