I am committed to improving a society’s overall well-being, especially for those who are the most vulnerable.
As my CV and references will indicate, I have previous experience of providing an invaluable front line service to some of the city’s most in-need people. You can rely on me to listen to the voices of children, young people and their families, understand their needs and then get them the right help and support at the right time.
Aside from my administrative qualities, I am someone who can provide physical and emotional support and health care of the highest standard, whilst ensuring that respect, dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times. In addition to this I always have a non-judgemental approach, that allows me to build trust and maintain strong relationships with those I come across.
What is guaranteed to set me apart from everyone else is my thorough understanding of all care related agendas, practices and policies, as well as a thorough knowledge of associated legislation. I also want to mention that I am very good at negotiating tactfully when dealing with potential conflict, and can be relied upon to calmly defuse highly emotional situations.
Right now, I would like to work for an organisation where I will have an opportunity to develop a long term career as opposed to just having a job. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to review my application and expectantly look forward to hearing from you with regards to an interview.
