This is something I do by maximising treatments, packages and retail sales through effectively managing budgets and developing marketing strategies to increase revenues. Through my career I have gained extensive experience of interacting with guests in a friendly but unobtrusive manner. I have learnt how to actively out-reach to current and future arriving guests to up-sell their stay and treatments.
On a personal level I have the standards, motivation, professionalism, attitude, etiquette, and appearance required for this role. As a sociable person I am approachable, confident, and knowledgeable, along with an excellent appearance and high personal grooming standards.
