I can be a one stop shop for all your cleaning needs. I believe that a clean environment can help with the overall morale of a home or workplace by ensuring that people have a nice environment to either live or work in each day.
Your job advert specifically states that candidates should be willing to take responsibility for all the basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings. I am prepared to do this and more. With my safety-first attitude and insistence on putting warning signs where floors have been washed and might still be in use, you can rely on me to keep everyone safe whilst I am working.
Furthermore, I have superb administrative skills and the ability to accurately document all routine inspection and cleaning and maintenance activities. I will complete and sign all paperwork accurately to ensure that cleaning has taken place and has been checked as appropriate. With me you will get a presentable individual who will always wear my supplied uniform when on duty and ensure that it is kept clean and worn in good condition.
I can perform all heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, stocking restrooms, washing walls, glass and upholstered furniture, and removing heavy bags of rubbish.
In my current role I work as part of a team and have a designated areas within the premises to keep in a spotless and hygienic condition. At work I am also charged with the security of the building and never open the premise to anybody or to bring anybody else on site. I am responsible for closing all windows after the clean and locking up and setting the fire alarm.
With my compatriots I have a reputation for providing a professional deep cleaning service that will give any office a new feel. My experiences to date have left me with the ability to work around a clients lifestyle.
On a personal level I take lots of pride in what I do. Furthermore, I have the communication skills needed to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions both orally and in writing. I am also fully committed to my own personal development and am willing to undertake any training deemed relevant to a position.
