Maxine can keep a company’s financial reporting, planning, debt and budget organised. She is an expert at juggling urgent accounting priorities whilst also ensuring that longer-term projects are completed on time. You can rely on her to communicate complex information with precision and make it easy to understand. In her current role she manages the whole of the businesses financials and is the go-to person for colleagues and others, including external auditors. At work she has a reputation for spotting discrepancies in the books, figuring out what happened, and then following up with the parties involved. Through her career she has become a specialist at creating financial reports, building budgets, and planning company spending. On a personal level she is never one to ‘watch the clock’, and instead always keeps working until the job has been done. Right now, looking for a suitable role where she’ll have lots of responsibility, plenty of respect and a very healthy annual income.
