Dear Ms Graham,
Your newly created position for a Medical Office Manager, which I saw today on the Dayjob.com website, would suit a driven professional like me who thrives in a fast paced environment.
I can competently work in collaboration with physicians to manage the daily operations of a large medical office. I have the ability to continually readdress the effectiveness of administrative processes in relation to their accuracy, completeness, competency, professionalism and timeliness.
The nature of my career to date and my ability to identify operational inconsistencies has fully prepared me for your position. I have all of those managerial skills that are critical to the successful execution of your role, I particularly want to highlight my ability to;
- Ensure patient and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the initial “face” of a clinic when greeting, patients, clients, or casual visitors.
- Effectively work in a multi-specialty clinic setting.
With my current employer I am actively involved in the hiring, orientation, training, supervision, evaluation and development of clinic personnel. I am also involved in making sure that the patient check-in and out discharge processes are completed in a professional manner and in accordance with established protocols.
Right now I am keen to join a company who are seeking to recruit a special kind of person who can lead their busy office to greater success.
I would like the opportunity to discuss my skills and abilities in more detail with you and am available for an interview at your earliest convenience.
Thank you very much for accepting, reviewing and hopefully responding to my application.
