Responsible for managing the Chief Executive’s diary and ensuring they are aware of the actions and deadlines relating to them.

Duties;

  • Being the first point of contact for the Chief Executive and senior Directors.
  • Involve in the recruitment, training, appraisal and development of individuals and who will have to work with the CEO.
  • Using specialist administrative software to get tasks done.
  • Retaining good relationships with people across the company.
  • Providing administrative support to senior managers and board members.
