Duties;
- Controlling the flow of stock through a warehouse by monitoring the goods going in and out.
- Helping couriers to access the warehouse and unload their delivery vans.
- Immediately reporting to managers any anomalies, lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
- Recruiting, selecting, coaching, and motivating employees.

- Putting products into containers like boxes or crates and then using bubble wrap or polystyrene chips to seal them.
- Driving, vans and trucks to move stock from one location or warehouse to another.
- Responding to correspondence via phone, email and mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Strictly following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
- Liaising with manufacturers, distributors and customers.
- Signing a delivery form, once satisfied that the goods are complete.
